Mechanical Engineer 3

Lead the design and development of custom automated systems, overseeing CAD design for sub-systems and entire machines to ensure they meet form, fit, and function requirements. Develop concept models to define system layouts, collaborate with controls teams on automation sequences and safety devices, and conduct risk assessments to document hazards and develop mitigation strategies. Manage detailed engineering documentation including schematics, assembly drawings, and bills of materials while leading project teams to execute design phases on time and within budget. Provide technical direction during design reviews and support sales teams with expertise during client engagements and proposal development.
