Job Summary
Perform planned maintenance on encapsulation lines, write maintenance procedures, and investigate mechanical failures. Design components to enhance equipment performance and conduct research on process change feasibility. Continuously improve the environmental footprint while optimizing production plant operations for global fragrance launches. Maintain and develop encapsulation process systems to scale beyond current capacity. Design and build future factory infrastructure. Master's degree in mechanical engineering and 2+ years industrial experience required. Fluency in English and work permit in Switzerland necessary.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in mechanical engineering
- 2+ years background in an industrial setting
- Functional knowledge of Autodesk Inventor or an equivalent 3D-CAD software
- Previous experience in preparing technical documentation
- Hands-on experience in machinery assembly, commissioning and maintenance
- Project Management experience
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written
- Work permit in Switzerland
- Ability to successfully collaborate with cross functional teams including both internal and external experts
- Team player and excited to work in a rapidly growing process technology company
- Automation projects experience
- Solid grasp of an ERP software
