Job Summary
Conduct preventive maintenance on major mechanical and life safety equipment across multiple properties, responding to service requests from a home base. Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual life safety inspections, execute emergency repairs for HVAC, kitchen, laundry, or water system outages, and act as a technical resource for corrective and routine procedures. Maintain maintenance inventory, document daily activities and repair decisions in logs, and perform physical tasks including lifting objects up to 100 pounds and operating stairs or ladders. Adhere to safety policies, complete required certifications, and assist management in training and coaching employees.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License
- Universal Chlorofluorocarbon (CFC) Certification
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- 3 years' experience in: heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing, and pneumatic/electronic systems and controls
