Job Summary
Design, develop, test, and improve products integrating engineering, software, and manufacturing systems while collaborating with cross-functional teams on electrical, mechanical, chemical, and industrial process initiatives. Troubleshoot technical issues in laboratory and manufacturing environments, analyze system performance data to drive product improvements, and contribute to prototyping, control systems, and technical documentation. This hands-on role supports the startup's growing renewable energy product portfolio through versatile problem-solving across multiple engineering disciplines.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- Background in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Controls Engineering, Industrial Process Engineering, or a related discipline
- Strong engineering fundamentals
- Hands-on problem-solving experience in manufacturing, industrial, or process environments
- Self-motivated
- Curious
- Comfortable working in a startup environment with evolving priorities and responsibilities
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with engineering software such as KiCAD, Fusion 360, ANSYS, Python, or similar design and analysis tools
