Job Summary
Duties include 2D and 3D drawing development and review, checking drawings produced by CAD Drafters and Designer I. Requires HS diploma; associates degree in CAD preferred. 2+ years of 3D modeling; 3–6 years in shipyard design/production or equivalent. Experience with AutoCAD, ShipConstructor, and Navisworks; ability to train CAD Drafters and Designers; interface with production and cross-functional design teams; capable of creating 3D CAD models from orthographic views and managing cross-discipline data. Shipyard experience, aluminum vessel construction and modular methods preferred; familiarity with electrical, hull, HVAC, and fitout contexts is a plus. Willing to submit to drug screen and background check; must be 18+ and US Person status.

- High School Diploma or equivalent; Associates Degree or higher in CAD preferred; 2 years minimum 3D modeling; 3-6 years shipyard design/production experience; experience with AutoCAD, ShipConstructor, Navisworks; ability to lead/train CAD Drafters; US Person Status; willing to pass drug screen and background check
