Job Summary
This entry-level position involves assisting the Mechanical Engineer and Mechanical Design Team in designing and drafting construction documents for HVAC and plumbing systems in a collaborative environment. Candidates will develop skills in AutoCAD and/or REVIT, perform quality control on their work, and may have direct contact with clients. A BSME or equivalent experience is required, and candidates will begin to apply their knowledge of national codes with oversight from a licensed engineer.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in HVAC and plumbing design of building systems
- Experience in AutoCAD and/or REVIT
- Familiar with national standards such as IMC, IPC, ASHRAE
