Job Summary
Mechanical Design Engineer needed to develop ground-up designs for off-highway equipment at RFA Engineering, working with cross-functional teams to produce manufacturable designs, perform FEA and hand calculations, optimize materials, manage BOMs, and support field and product teams from concept through production.
Required Qualifications
- BS in Mechanical Engineering, Agriculture, Industrial Engineering or related Engineering Discipline
- 3+ years of 2D and 3D modeling experience (AutoCAD and Inventor preferred)
- Experience with FEA (Finite Element Analysis)
- Experience with GD&T
- Strong analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting skills
- Valid Driver’s License
