Mechanical Design Engineer

Design new gun products, line extensions, and improve current integrated metal products by generating CAD drawings, models, and component inspection reports. Support product development through prototype builds, testing, and statistical analysis of test data while managing bills of material and component status. Collaborate with manufacturing, process engineering, and vendors to optimize designs for cost, quality, and performance, and drive assembly improvements to ensure on-time delivery and high first-pass yield. Coordinate with the engineering team to complete projects on budget and manage design spreadsheets and technical presentations.
