Mechanical Design Engineer

Job Summary
Design and develop mechanical products and components, contribute to design and engineering documentation, perform 2D/3D drawings and ANSYS analyses, and participate from tender to detailed contract design. Roles include ensuring compliance with international/national standards, supporting manufacturing with design verification, attending reviews, addressing non-conformance reports, and engaging with customers to provide solutions in coordination with PTR experts. Emphasis on EHS adherence and delivering reliable, high-quality designs under time pressure within a team-oriented environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering
- Minimum 1 year of professional experience in mechanical design
- Ability to produce technical drawings in 2D and 3D
- Parametric design knowledge in 3D software such as AutoCAD or Inventor
- Knowledge about ANSYS static and transient analyses
- Professional working proficiency in English
- Willingness to live in Istanbul & Kocaeli
- Experience in design and documentation related to tender/contract design
- Awareness of international and national design standards
- Ability to participate in technical customer meetings
