Job Summary
Design power supply frame/PDU multi-integration products, manage technical reviews, prototype assembly, mold applications, and tolerance analysis. Conduct structural requirement对接 and on-site problem resolution with clients or engineers, including necessary travel. Lead or support mechanical testing for frames and power products, oversee packaging design, and troubleshoot test-related issues. Resolve structural technical problems from prototyping to mass production, maintain technical documentation, and support factory NPI production lines. Output 2D/3D assembly drawings, BOMs, and operation manuals while tracking mold progress and validating test/certification results.
Required Qualifications
- 6年以上设计经验
- 本科或以上学历
- 有独立完成Shelf、PDU或电源开发量产产品的经验
- 精通pro/e绘图软件
- 熟悉常用塑胶件、五金件结构设计
- 熟悉塑胶与五金材料特性、应用加工与工艺
- 熟悉相关结构设计的技术规范及安规要求
- 掌握CNC加工、钣金、铸造、焊接、冲压、注塑、金属表面处理等相关工艺
- 具备基本安规电气知识
- 熟悉母排载流计算
- 英文读写良好
