Mechanical Design Engineer

Deliver mechanical engineering solutions across projects from concept to completion, including carrying out condition and technical surveys of existing buildings to produce clear reports. Prepare mechanical calculations, designs, drawings, and specifications, while producing documentation and drawings for tender stages to assist in tender evaluations. Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants to ensure coordinated design delivery, ensuring compliance within all relevant design standards and regulations. This role requires a full clean driving licence and access to your own vehicle, with hours from Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm. Based at either Braintree or Birmingham offices, subject to business requirements, the position may be eligible for hybrid working.
