Job Summary
Oversee Mechanical Engineering department staff workload, coordinate Mechanical/HVAC projects with MEP teams, and prepare construction drawings and specifications. Review and approve scopes, budgets, and schedules while assessing project and financial performance. Provide technical leadership, quality control, and cost proposals, and review contractor submittals for feedback. Build and maintain client relationships, assist with business development, and facilitate construction administration meetings. Requires 18+ years of MEP experience with a focus on HVAC projects, 8+ years in project management, and prior work with local municipalities. Salary is commensurate with experience; no sponsorship authorized.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering
- 18+ years of overall MEP experience with a strong focus on HVAC projects
- 8+ years of project management experience
- Prior experience working with local municipalities/government agencies
- Experience managing Mechanical/HVAC staff at various levels
- Successful applicants must be authorized to work in the USA without sponsorship
