Mechanical Coordinator

Job Summary
The Mechanical Coordinator will oversee the development of design on Design-Build projects and carry out Value-Engineering (VE) and Constructability Studies. Key responsibilities include conducting Life-Cycle Cost Study Analyses (LCAAs), managing Construction Contract Administration processes, and coordinating vendor start-ups and commissioning. A Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering is preferred, alongside 3 years of relevant project management experience and proficiency with various software tools. Candidates should possess the ability to travel internationally and have strong skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Required Qualifications
- U.S. Citizen
- Ability to obtain and maintain a US Government Security Clearance
- 3 years of experience in managing projects
- Ability to travel to international project locations
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products, especially Excel
- Proficient with estimating/quantifying software such as: On-Center-Takeoff (OST), Fast Est (FastDUCT/ FastPIPE), Trimble MEP or similar programs
Desired Qualifications
- Commissioning and Balancing experience
- Troubleshooting experience
- Instrumentation and controls experience
- BIM/3-D modeling experience
