Mechanical Contracts Manager

Job Summary
Lead the operational and commercial management of a portfolio of building services contracts across multi-site projects in Ireland; oversee the contract lifecycle from pre-construction handover through defects liability, ensuring resources, risks, and client relationships are effectively managed. Coordinate monthly CVR meetings, oversee RAMS and CDM compliance, lead the Contract Launch for new projects, and drive commissioning and snagging processes. Requires strong knowledge of JCT/NEC contracts, M&E systems, safety leadership, and stakeholder engagement; travel to multiple project locations (as required).
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 7+ years’ experience in a project management or contracts management role within the building services (M&E) sector.
- Education: HNC/HND or Degree in Building Services, Construction Management, or an Engineering discipline.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of Mechanical systems, installation sequences, and building regulations.
- Contractual Acumen: Proven experience in managing JCT and NEC contract forms, including the administration of extensions of time and loss/expense claims.
- Safety Leadership: Black CSCS Card and SMSTS certification are essential; NEBOSH is highly desirable.
