Job Summary
Lead and manage all mechanical construction activities across multiple projects, overseeing HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, and utility system installation in accordance with approved designs and project schedules. Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and subcontractor teams to ensure multidisciplinary integration, while monitoring manpower productivity, material availability, and cost control initiatives. Resolve technical site issues, conduct regular inspections, and support testing, commissioning, and final handover processes. Requires a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering with 10–15 years of experience in large-scale residential developments within Saudi Arabia.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 10–15 years of experience in mechanical construction and site management within large-scale construction projects
- Previous experience in residential, hospitality, and/or mixed-use developments
- Strong experience managing mechanical works including HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and utility systems
- Previous experience working with main contractors or leading construction companies in Saudi Arabia
- Strong knowledge of mechanical construction methodologies, installation standards, testing & commissioning, quality requirements, and safety regulations
- Familiarity with project planning, scheduling, and construction management processes
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and construction reporting tools
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to manage multiple fast-paced construction activities and deliver projects within tight deadlines
