Mechanical Claims Adjuster I

Adjudicate claims by understanding Ancillary policies and verifying submitted requests against contract coverage terms. Process verified claims in an online portal while documenting all communications and working directly with repair facilities for payment approval. Answer internal and external inquiries regarding claims and coverage via phone, email, mail, and fax. Collaborate with other adjusters and departments to ensure accuracy and timely customer service. Maintain timely and accurate records through data entry, document analysis, spreadsheet management, and tracking follow-up communications. Requires 2 years of technician experience and onsite Monday-Friday availability in Grapevine, TX.
