Mechanical Assembly Technician

Job Summary

Work with mechanical and electro-mechanical parts, tools, and equipment to support product development, fabrication, and production. Follow assembly procedures, drawings, and evolving prototypes while performing quality inspections and functional tests on assembled products. Identify and resolve assembly issues by adjusting or reworking components to correct defects or improve performance. Maintain accurate records of assembly processes and tasks for quality control and process improvement. Collaborate with engineering and production teams to refine designs and manufacturability while keeping the work environment clean, organized, and safe. This full-time hourly role in Cleveland, Ohio, requires approximately five years of experience, strong CNC machining skills, and mechanical aptitude. US permanent residency is required.
