Job Summary
Mechanical Assembler assembles preformed sheet metal parts and pressure tests valves and similar components, interprets assembly and sub-assembly drawings, operates hand and power tools (drills, wrenches, screwdrivers, hammers), maintains a clean work area, and records daily work travelers. Works with safety-minded procedures and supports continuous improvement through standard procedures and ongoing training; first shift, Windsor, CT, 6:30am-3:00pm.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1 year of experience in assembling preformed sheet metal parts and using mechanical equipment (preferred).
