Job Summary
Assemble conveyors and related mechanical equipment daily alongside a Mechanical Assembly Lead and 1-2 Entry Level Mechanical Assemblers. Read blueprints, tape measures, and follow instructions to build quality equipment on a timely basis while utilizing hand and power tools. Perform tasks requiring 8 hours of standing, bending, or climbing short ladders, and lift or move objects up to 50 lbs. Work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, applying mechanical aptitude to solve problems collaboratively.
Required Qualifications
- Mechanical aptitude
- Adaptable to fast paced environment
- Must be able to read a tape measure
- Ability to follow instructions
- Ability to work independent or as a team
- Capable of using hand and power tools
- Able to be on your feet, bend, or occasionally climb short ladder for a minimum of 8 hours a day
- Able to lift / move 50 lbs.
- Willing to work minimum of 40 hours
- Ability to read blue prints
