Job Summary
Mechanical Assembler builds customer products by assembling components per blueprints and schematics, verifies specifications through measurement, inspects and tests assemblies, and prepares finished products for shipment. Responsibilities include organizing parts for efficient assembly, resolving dimensional issues to meet specs, maintaining inventory of supplies, and ensuring on-time delivery. Requires high school diploma or equivalent and 1+ years in manufacturing; hands-on experience with hand and power tools and ability to perform repetitive work (up to 9+ hours) with occasional lifting/standing. First-shift schedule from 5:00am to 3:30pm, Monday through Thursday, in New Hope, MN. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of varied manufacturing experience in Mechanical Assembly
- Ability to bend and lift, load/unload workpieces onto pallets, move between stations, and perform repetitive work for extended periods
- Ability to learn new blueprints and perform measurements
- Hand/power tool skills (Drill, Adjustable Wrenches, Pliers, Hammers, Screwdrivers)
