Job Summary
Perform assembly, calibration, and testing of products and components using assembly drawings, work instructions, and BOMs, with assembly under a microscope required. Utilize hand and power tools to complete mechanical assembly of components or products, inspecting and testing parts according to established guidelines and quality standards. Rotate through mechanical operations to build product and contribute toward team production goals while working on a variety of products to achieve the production schedule. Maintain a clean and organized work environment and support continuous improvement efforts. Requires high school diploma, two years of manufacturing experience, and proficiency with mechanical assembly tools such as torque drivers and pneumatic epoxy dispensers.
Required Qualifications
- US Person
- High School Diploma (or) GED – General Education Degree
- Minimum of 2 Years work experience in a manufacturing environment
- Capable of working from blueprints, assembly procedures and routes
- vision, manual dexterity and hand and eye coordination
- organized and detail oriented
- Able to learn the use of various bench top equipment, hand tools and computers
- Proficient in the use of mechanical assembly tools, such as torque drivers, calipers, pneumatic epoxy dispensers
- Strong team contributor in a dynamic workflow environment with good time management skills
