Job Summary
Build precision mechanical and electrical assemblies using hand and power tools, install hardware, and work from engineering drawings to ensure every product meets exact quality standards. Help manufacture components used in aerospace, defense, medical, and other advanced industries within a clean, organized environment. This role offers stable, full-time employment with opportunities to grow, including a 10% shift differential for second shift workers. Chandler Industries is a premier contract manufacturer specializing in precision machining and value-added services across Minnesota, Wisconsin, and Mexico, supporting leading customers in highly regulated industries.
Required Qualifications
- Mechanically inclined
- Experience as an Automotive or Tire Service Technician
- Experience as a Maintenance Technician
- Experience as an HVAC Installer or Service Technician
- Experience as a Construction or Carpentry Professional
- Experience as a Mechanical Assembler
- Experience as a Small Engine or Motorcycle Technician
- Experience as a Military Mechanic
- Ability to enjoy building, repairing, or troubleshooting mechanical equipment
- Ability to work with tools
- Ability to enjoy building or fixing things
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Ability to solve problems and work with precision
- Availability for First shift (Monday through Thursday, 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM)
- Availability for Second shift (Monday through Thursday 3:15 PM to 1:45 AM)

- Experience building, fixing, or working with hands on cars, motorcycles, farm equipment, construction projects, HVAC systems, or appliances
- Enjoyment of tackling mechanical projects at home
