Job Summary
The Mechanic role involves performing maintenance on all company equipment, troubleshooting and diagnosing failures across engines, electrical systems, HVAC, suspension, transmission, brakes, hydraulics, and cryogenics; supervising and mentoring entry-level to mid-level technicians; creating and managing maintenance orders in SAP/SAP Fiori; ensuring DOT regulatory compliance; coordinating maintenance activities and leading safety meetings with regional teams. Responsibilities include overseeing complex repairs, maintaining maintenance records, planning maintenance programs, and presenting updates to district managers. Requires strong leadership, mentoring, and communication skills, with a High School Diploma or GED and 1-10 years of related experience.
