Job Summary
Responsible for the inspection, maintenance and repair of power mechanical equipment and company vehicles. Prepares accurate records on maintenance and fuel levels of equipment. Maintains decals, safety warnings and company ID stickers. Completes work orders for internal and external repairs. Repairs power and mechanical equipment and maintains company vehicles. Checks and refuels equipment. Cleans, inspects, services and tests equipment prior to tagging Ready-to-Rent. Reports safety violations to supervisor. Requires ability to handle heavy lifting and occasional travel (less than 10% overnight).
Required Qualifications
- HS Diploma or GED strongly preferred
- Generally 2-5 years of experience in area of responsibility
- Specialized skills training/certification may be required
- Forklift operations experience
- Small Engine Repair Experience
- Valid drivers license
