Job Summary
Repair and maintain equipment supporting critical County operations for the Public Works, Sheriff's, and Parks departments. Perform major overhaul and repair on diesel and gasoline powered vehicles and equipment. This first-shift, Monday through Friday position requires three years of relevant experience, a valid driver's license, and a Class A CDL with airbrake endorsement. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Three (3) years of experience in the major overhaul and repair of diesel and gasoline powered vehicles and equipment
- Recognized post high school training directly in mechanical maintenance
- Valid driver's license
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License with airbrake endorsement
- Physical and mental abilities to perform the essential job functions
