Job Summary
Diagnose, repair, and maintain hydraulic systems and diesel-powered equipment, including trucks, loaders, and sweepers. Perform regular inspections, preventative maintenance, and routine tasks like oil changes and brake checks to ensure safe and efficient operation. Troubleshoot complex issues with diesel engines and mechanical components using diagnostic tools, replace parts such as pumps and valves, and maintain accurate repair records. Ensure all work meets industry standards and safety protocols while communicating progress to the team. This role requires a CDL, minimum three years of experience, and ASE certification, with a preferred salary range of $25-$32 per hour.

- Physical ability to work with heavy equipment and tools, lift up to 50 pounds, and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality workmanship
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Desired Qualifications
- CDL is a preferred
- Minimum [3] years of experience as a diesel mechanic or hydraulic technician (preferred)
- ASE certification or equivalent in diesel mechanics (preferred)
- Proficiency in hydraulic systems, diesel engines, and heavy equipment maintenance
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
- Experience using diagnostic tools and computer-based software
