Job Summary
Lead Mechanic Technician responsible for completing service assignments and providing guidance to technicians, overseeing daily workloads and maintenance priorities, performing regular maintenance and emergency repairs on heavy construction equipment, diagnosing and repairing equipment, and documenting service activities. Requires strong mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting, written and verbal communication, and the ability to work shifts including days, nights, and weekends to meet customer needs. Emphasizes safety, quality, customer satisfaction, and teamwork; sign-on bonus noted in posting.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of five years’ experience with heavy construction equipment
- High school diploma or GED, required
