Job Summary
Production Maintenance Mechanic responsibilities include performing general maintenance on machines and the physical plant with minimal supervision, adhering to GMPs and food-safety policies, following safety practices including LOTO, reading blueprints and manuals to diagnose and repair equipment, performing preventive maintenance on a schedule, ordering parts, documenting work, and maintaining clean, safe work areas. Requires advanced knowledge in welding, cutting, brazing, plumbing, hydraulics, pneumatics, fabrications, carpentry, electrical, refrigeration, boilers, masonry and related trades.
