Confirm repairs through test drives and quality checks while ensuring compliance with legal, safety, and brand requirements. Manage team recruitment, rostering, and performance, training mechanics to resolve operational challenges and champion health and safety practices across the workshop. Utilize Microsoft Asset Manager to track workflows, parts, and labour. This hands-on leadership role supports a team of mechanics in Queenstown, driving productivity and exceeding customer expectations within a dynamic environment where no two days are the same.
