Job Summary
Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on facility equipment, motors, conveyors, and electrical systems by replacing parts, rebuilding gear, and aligning components. Diagnose mechanical malfunctions using illustrated manuals and respond promptly to production floor work orders and red light alerts. Execute housekeeping duties including work area clean-up and sweep production floors while maintaining OSHA compliance and LTO certification for lift truck operation. Work flexible shifts including nights or weekends as needed to support operations and meet customer demands with minimal supervision.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 1-3 years technical training and/or job-related experience
- English proficiency to include reading, writing and following directions
- Ability to count and apply basic math skills to include addition, subtraction, division and multiplication with or without a calculator
- Physical endurance to stand and work in various positions for long periods
- Ability to hear and see with vision abilities in close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust and focus
- Mandatory earplugs in designated areas
- Maintain Live Comfortably LTO certification
- Ability to safely operate all lift trucks (boom, scissor, forklift)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to work flexible shifts to include nights or weekends based on needs of the business
- High level of Reliability to include maintaining good attendance

- Industrial Sewing Machine Repair a plus
