Job Summary
Conduct preventive maintenance on Caterpillar and SDI-supported equipment, performing component removal and installation while adhering to safety guidelines. Execute technical analysis using diagnostic tools to detect faults, minimize downtime, and carry out mechanical repairs in compliance with quality and environmental standards. Perform walk-around inspections to assess equipment condition and safely load/unload machinery per protocols. Complete service documentation including timecards and Sims reports accurately, monitor labor utilization against KPI targets, and assist in parts selection to optimize efficiency. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to coordinate tasks, update job status, and follow career development plans. Stay updated on latest technologies and Caterpillar systems to improve service quality.
Required Qualifications
