Job Summary
Oversee technicians, workflow, and quality of repairs on a diverse mix of vehicles and equipment used across our brands. Schedule and coach mechanics, manage parts inventory, and ensure all work meets safety, environmental, and Cox standards. Partner with operations teams to prioritize jobs, reduce downtime, and use maintenance systems and data to drive continuous improvement in shop performance. Lead an on-site shop supporting vehicle remarketing and fleet operations.
Required Qualifications
- Experience leading an on-site shop supporting vehicle remarketing and fleet operations
- Ability to oversee technicians, workflow, and quality of repairs on a diverse mix of vehicles and equipment
- Capability to schedule and coach mechanics
- Ability to manage parts inventory
- Knowledge of safety, environmental, and Cox standards
