Job Summary
Diagnose and repair a variety of commercial cleaning and restoration equipment, including concrete grinders and industrial vacuums. Candidates should have mechanical aptitude, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work collaboratively. Experience in surface preparation or small engine repair is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Two or more years of experience preferred in surface preparation, concrete grinding/scraping, commercial cleaning and restoration equipment, small engine repair and maintenance, pressure washer repair and maintenance or vehicle repair and maintenance
- Valid driver license
- Clean driving record (No DUIs or Careless/Reckless driving on MVR for 3 years)
- Basic set of mechanic’s tools
- High level of technical skill, mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Efficient and accurate equipment diagnosis and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs on a regular basis
- Professional appearance and demeanor with good written, oral communication skills and basic computer skills
Desired Qualifications
- Bilingual in English/Spanish
Additional Requirements
- Clean driving record - No DUIs or Careless/Reckless driving on MVR (3 years)
