Job Summary
Process all work orders for customer repairs and service Stihl power equipment, primarily 2-cycle handheld units. Provide high-quality repair services, communicate special order parts, and complete warranty paperwork and service work in a timely manner. Ensure safe use of equipment and tools while maintaining clean, organized work areas. Possess knowledge of 2-cycle small engines and basic computer skills to access online information.
Required Qualifications
- minimum of three years of related professional experience
- Must have knowledge of 2-cycle small engines
- Basic computer skills to access information online
- Ability to stand for an extended period of time
- Able to walk, reach, climb ladders, and bend to perform job duties
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently
- Excellent communication skills
- high attention to detail
- ability to multitask
Desired Qualifications
- Stihl certification is preferred but will train as necessary
- Ability to participate in the equipment sales process is highly desired
