Process all work orders for customer repairs and service Stihl power equipment, primarily 2-cycle handheld units. Provide high-quality repair services while ensuring the safe use of equipment and tools. Communicate special order parts for all work orders and complete warranty paperwork and service tasks in a timely manner. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Possess strong communication skills for frequent customer interaction and basic computer skills to access information online. May be required to cross-train and perform other duties, including participating in the equipment sales process. Minimum of three years of related professional experience required.
