Job Summary
Maintains mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and control equipment throughout the plant with a focus on safety, preventative and corrective maintenance, and documentation of malfunctions. Performs system testing, PLC discussions with Facility Managers, and ensures timely completion of work orders to support safe, efficient plant operations. Requires 2+ years in manufacturing maintenance, experience with hydraulic units, PLCs/VFDs, reading blueprints, and the ability to lift 50 lb, work in varied temperatures, and adhere to PPE protocols. Shift is Days, 6 AM–5 PM, Phoenix facility; hourly pay to be determined. Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in manufacturing maintenance
- Minimum 2 years’ experience with hydraulic powered units
- Experience in troubleshooting and repair of flow meters, PLCs, VFDs, transmitters, motors, switch gear and other process control equipment
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds frequently
- Ability to read and interpret blueprint drawings and documents
- Must meet safety requirements and other communications
- Must be able to stand for duration of shift
- Must be able to work in hot/cold environments
- Must be able to wear PPE
