Job Summary
Perform emergency and scheduled maintenance on trucks, cranes, and related equipment in the shop, warehouse, or field. Diagnose issues with diesel engines, transmissions, hydraulic systems, and electrical circuits using diagnostic aids and equipment manuals. Troubleshoot conventional and specialized machinery, replace worn parts, and conduct inspections and repairs. May perform gas and arc welding as required. Assist in training and mentoring maintenance technician trainees on field procedures. Requires a valid driver's license, Class A CDL, and 0-2 years of experience. Located in Odessa, TX.
Required Qualifications
- Less than High School Education
- 0-2 years work experience
- Mechanical skills including mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic troubleshooting and repair of trucks, cranes and related equipment
- Valid driver's license
- Acceptable driving history
- Ability to work safely in a shop / warehouse environment
- Lifting/pushing objects weighing over 50 lbs
Desired Qualifications
- High School Diploma/Equivalent
- 2-4 years work experience
- Relevant experience as maintenance technician in oil and gas industry
- Class A CDL
- Current HSE certifications
