Job Summary
Mechanic Oiler on 2nd shift in Torrance, CA. Responsibilities include lubricating machines and equipment per schedule, changing coolants, soluble oils, filters and cleaning compounds, inspecting equipment for deficiencies, operating forklift and trucks to move solvents, oils, and lubricants, using machine tools to lubricate equipment, identifying faults and reporting to supervisor, maintaining coolant and lubricant inventory, bleeding air lines and assisting in bending tubes for air installations. Requires high school diploma or GED preferred and ability to follow English work instructions; lubrication experience is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months manufacturing environment
- Forklift experience
- Ability to understand and apply verbal, written and computer work instructions in English
