Job Summary
Repair and maintain mobile equipment including forklifts, semi-trucks, trailers, crawler cranes, and aerial lifts. Implement preventative maintenance schedules to limit breakdowns while troubleshooting hydraulic, transmission, and electrical systems using schematics. Operate power tools such as lathes, welders, and grinders for repair, installation, or fabrication tasks. Work in both indoor and outdoor environments with extreme noise levels, lifting up to 60 pounds and adhering to strict personal protective equipment requirements. Requires at least three years of manufacturing experience, preferably in marine or steel fabrication, with a high school diploma or GED.
Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to work well under minimal supervision
- 2nd Shift : 2:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.
