Job Summary
Perform preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on a diverse fleet including aerial work platforms, construction tools, generators, pumps, HVAC systems, and oil/gas equipment. Execute troubleshooting for hydraulic and electrical systems while maintaining safety standards to minimize downtime. Requires 3 to 5 years of experience with similar diesel or heavy equipment, ability to lift 50 pounds or more, and may involve providing personal mechanic tools. Bilingual candidates may be required based on location.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 3 to 5 years of mechanic experience with similar diesel equipment and/or heavy equipment or specialty lines equipment (large-scale generators, pumps, HVAC or Oil & Gas equipment)
- Advanced knowledge of hydraulic systems & troubleshooting skills
- Advanced knowledge of electrical systems & troubleshooting skills
- Ability to be flexible with changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual (Spanish or Other)
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds or more
- Must be able to bend
