Job Summary
Diagnose and repair fleet and diesel equipment onsite, performing inspections, troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and repairs on agricultural, construction, and medium/heavy-duty trucks. Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and engine-related issues while communicating clearly with customers regarding equipment issues and repair recommendations. Complete repairs efficiently and professionally to minimize customer downtime, maintaining accurate records of all service and repairs. Represent the company professionally while working at customer locations in the Woodbury Heights area, ensuring all work is completed safely and to company standards.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of Mechanic experience
- Ability to diagnose and repair mechanical issues independently
- Valid driver's license
- Must be 18 years or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
- Comfortable meeting clients onsite or at designated service locations
- Reliable, trustworthy, and able to work individually
