Job Summary
Dismantle, build, inspect, and clean gas turbine engine modules and components while working independently and as a team to achieve maximum quality. Complete relevant paperwork to ensure accuracy and observe all applicable safety practices and aviation regulations. Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical components and read technical drawings and blueprints to determine proper operating conditions. Requires minimum of three years aviation maintenance experience, induction and dismantle of engines, and interpreting manuals. Must meet physical requirements including lifting up to 50lbs and frequent standing.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years aviation maintenance experience
- Minimum of 3 years with induction and dismantle of engines/components
- Minimum of 3 years' experience reading and interpreting manuals, technical drawings, and blueprints to determine proper operating conditions
- Minimum of 3 years' experience troubleshooting electrical & mechanical components
- Lift up to 50lbs without assistance, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Must be able to meet the physical requirements of the position, including frequent standing and walking throughout the workday, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Must meet US Persons requirements per ITAR
Desired Qualifications
- FAA Power plant certification or Military experience preferred
- Ability to follow both written and verbal instructions
