Job Summary
Maintain conveyor systems and support the DC by performing electrical, mechanical, carpentry, plumbing, welding, and forklift repair tasks. Set up and maintain all receiving, picking, and shipping equipment to ensure smooth DC operations, while conducting preventive maintenance on order pickers, forklift trucks, and pallet jacks. Perform office maintenance including furniture reconfiguration and general facility repairs, and generate reports and inventory maintenance parts. Work Monday through Thursday nightshift in Jacksonville, FL, onsite.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years experience maintaining equipment such as conveyors, lift trucks, building apparatus, HVAC equipment, mechanical and plumbing
- Strong electrical and mechanical abilities
- Must have certification(s) or be able to demonstrate ability in 120V-277V electrical installation, 3 phase electrical motor control troubleshooting, and/or forklift truck, order picker, and pallet jack maintenance and repair
- Regularly to lift up to 20 lbs throughout the shift and up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist or crouch for entirety of shift
- Monday - Thursday, Nightshift
