Job Summary
Lead team in equipment diagnosis and repairs, directing and assisting Assemblers on troubleshooting and maintenance tasks. Complete activity-based repairs and service requirements from sales change orders, installing accessories like decals, mud flaps, cameras, and lights. Follow verbal and written work instructions while maintaining a safe, clean environment by complying with all procedures and regulations. Utilize basic computer skills on an iPad or laptop to input findings and aid in maintaining inventory accuracy through data entry. Operate tools such as a multimeter, pressure tester, and analyzer, and learn to drive and use a forklift. This role requires standing all day, walking long distances, stooping, and lifting up to 35 pounds in a manufacturing environment with potential exposure to loud noise and moving machinery. Overtime and 7-day workweeks are required to meet production demands.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year of basic experience with hydraulics, electrical, gas and diesel systems
- Strong math skills
- basic mechanical aptitude
- Ability and willingness to work overtime as needed, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Maintain regular and reliable attendance
- in-person and on-site attendance
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must have basic knowledge of DC electricity and hydraulics
- including basic print understanding
