Job Summary
Operate complex machinery via HMI interfaces, perform preventative maintenance and end-to-end equipment changeovers to maximize uptime and machine longevity. Identify whether failures are mechanical or electrical and implement sustainable solutions. Proficient in CMMS (IBM Maximo) for managing work orders, parts procurement, and asset history; adhere to Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures and maintain EH&S and BBS engagement. Ensure compliance with cGMP and GDP to maintain product integrity and audit readiness. Contribute to reducing scrap and driving line-side improvement projects through proactive, self-motivated work ethic.
