Job Summary
Operate complex machinery via HMI to maintain production parameters; perform comprehensive Preventative Maintenance and end-to-end equipment changeovers to maximize uptime; distinguish mechanical vs electrical failures to implement sustainable downtime-reducing solutions; utilize CMMS (IBM Maximo) to manage work orders, parts, and asset history; follow Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures and maintain a zero-incident EH&S/BBS environment; apply cGMP and GDP to ensure product integrity and audit readiness; contribute to continuous improvements to reduce scrap and support multiple business areas.
Required Qualifications
- Expertly operate complex machinery via HMI interfaces
- Execute comprehensive Preventative Maintenance (PM) and end-to-end equipment changeovers
- Differentiating mechanical and electrical failures to minimize downtime
- Proficient in CMMS (IBM Maximo) for managing work orders, parts procurement, and asset history
- Knowledge of Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures with emphasis on zero-incident EH&S/BBS participation
- Knowledge of cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practices) and GDP (Good Documentation Practices)
- Self-motivated with excellent attendance and flexibility to support diverse areas
- Dedicated to reducing scrap and deviations by leading line-side improvement projects
