Job Summary
Monitor processing equipment function to ensure continuous line flow and perform routine preventative maintenance alongside unplanned repairs. Diagnose mechanical issues in rotating equipment, conveyors, pumps, and hydraulic systems, then execute repairs, adjustments, and welding as needed. Conduct scheduled inspections, document deficiencies, and update SAP maintenance notifications and work orders daily. Collaborate with operations to minimize downtime while maintaining safety standards and food quality. Perform line checks, lubrication, and equipment upgrades to support continuous improvement projects.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
- Lock-out/Tag-out certification
- Forklift certification
- Sanitation certification
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Valid Driver's License
- Driving record that meets Lamb Weston Driving Standards
- Ability to perform basic math functions
- Ability to understand instructions and follow directions in English, both written and oral
- Close vision
- Distance vision
- Peripheral vision

- Ability to adjust focus
- Ability to work with hands and arms overhead
- Ability to work in or under the equipment
