Job Summary
As a Mechanic I at Mohawk Industries, you’ll perform routine, preventative and emergency maintenance on production equipment; you will clean and inspect equipment for wear and tear and read mechanical procedures to execute maintenance tasks in a manufacturing environment. The role emphasizes safety and physical requirements such as standing, walking, pushing/pulling, and upper-extremity use in a non-climate-controlled manufacturing setting.
