Job Summary
Perform routine maintenance on production machinery, diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues, and conduct preventative maintenance inspections and repairs. Repair and replace defective parts and components while maintaining accurate records of all maintenance activities. Adhere strictly to safety protocols and company regulations during operations. This role requires a high school diploma or GED, three or more years of manufacturing experience, proficiency with blueprints and schematics, and strong knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems. A valid driver's license is required. Bonus qualifications include PLC-controlled machinery experience, forklift certification, lean manufacturing familiarity, and welding or fabrication skills.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 3+ years of experience as a mechanic in a manufacturing environment
- Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Strong understanding of hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems
- Ability to perform preventative maintenance and troubleshoot complex machinery
- Valid driver's license
