Job Summary
Diagnose, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on trucks, striping machines, and related equipment. Perform routine inspections and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues. Maintain accurate maintenance and repair records while working closely with operations to minimize equipment downtime. Keep the shop and work area clean, organized, and orderly at all times. This role supports field operations by ensuring our fleet and equipment remain safe, reliable, and job-ready for state and local government roadway marking projects.
Required Qualifications
- hands-on experience maintaining and repairing diesel trucks, striping equipment, small engines, and hydraulic systems
- Mechanical experience with heavy equipment or fleet vehicles
- Knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulics, and electrical systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Self-motivated individual who takes initiative and requires minimal supervision
- Valid driver's license
Desired Qualifications
- CDL is a plus
